What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For standard models we accept a small MOQ to start cooperation. For customized projects (OEM/ODM), the MOQ depends on configuration, appearance and packaging requirements — we are happy to discuss flexible terms with qualified partners.
Do you accept OEM / ODM orders?
Yes. We provide full OEM/ODM service, including custom appearance design, circuit and parameter tuning, brand logo printing, user manual, accessory configuration and tailored packaging, helping you build your own professional amplifier product line.
What are your payment terms?
We typically accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment) and L/C at sight. Other payment terms can be discussed for long-term partners and large bulk orders.
Can you provide samples for evaluation?
Yes. We can provide samples for testing and acoustic evaluation. Sample fees and freight are typically charged in advance and can be refunded or deducted from the first bulk order, depending on the model and the cooperation scope.
